2019-2020 Season Summary

Your Bothell Lady Cougs Varsity ended their season with a KingCo Crown league record of 4-9, and an overall  record of 8-13.  For the first time since the 2016-2017 season, your Bothell Lady Cougs qualified for the 4A KingCo league playoffs.  Unfortunately, they lost to Mount Si, but it was a very respectable season for this young team with a new coaching staff.

Your Bothell Lady Cougs Junior Varsity continued to grow.   It was a tough season for them, but their attitudes and grace under pressure was second to none…  Great things are in store for those girls in the seasons to come.

Going forward, you can find updates on spring and summer activities for the Bothell Lady Cougs on Facebook and Instagram.

Season Opener

The Bothell Lady Cougs opened their season on November 30th with a road trip to Wentachee to take on the Eastmont Wildcats.  It was a solid 42-23 win for the varsity team.    JV battled it out, but ultimately fell to the Wildcats…  After the games, both teams enjoyed a spaghetti feed hosted by Eastmont before boarding the bus back home.  It was a great team building experience for all.

Summer Ball 2019

June 21st -23rd was a fantastic weekend for the Bothell Girls Basketball program.  We had an impressive turnout of both returning players and incoming freshman, excited to play in the Kings Summer Shootout basketball tournament.

Bothell went 3-1 in the tournament, losing just one nail biter against Lake Stevens.  The team had solid wins against Arlington, Holy Names and Kamiak.  It was a great team building weekend for the girls…   Excitement is building for the upcoming school year…
